PTO is Parent Teacher Organization, made of families and the entire staff of Midway Elementary School.  The goal of PTO is to create a sense of community within the walls of Midway Elementary School by working together to accomplish common goals. We are active throughout the entire school year with the teachers and staff striving to provide fun, interesting and educational programs, and events that help financially support specific schools needs and build a family friendly environment.


PTO Provides Educational Support

  • FUNDraises for specific school needs through our Fall Festival, Read-A-Thon, and other fundraisers TBD for the 2022-2023 year

  • Offers Teacher Mini Grants to support extra classroom or grade level needs


PTO Supports our School

  • Hosts Back to school staff breakfast, Staff appreciation days

  • Provides Room Parent volunteers for classroom and grade level activities

  • Partners with Watch D.O.G.S.

  • Celebrates achievements with the 5th Grade end of year celebration


PTO promotes Community

  • Hosts Ice Cream Social to end the Summer break

  • Hosts family events: Father/ Daughter and Mother/Son events

  • Offers Spirit Wear
